This project posed specific challenges that demanded a high-performance solution.
The Challenge:
We needed to grout large areas under the crane rail base plates – the total a whopping 860m x 460mm!
This required a great deal of Premcrete’s Epodure HS Epoxy Grout – in total, 1,358 x 26kg units!
We needed to ensure the grout flows seamlessly through narrow gaps while maintaining high strength.
The Solution:
To meet the requirements of grouting large base plates, Premcrete provided the Epodure HS Epoxy Resin Grout.
This high-strength grout, developed in collaboration with Bemo Rail BV, ensured seamless flow through narrow gaps and exceptional mechanical properties, making it suitable for the demanding pressures of crane rail installations.
