Having progressed through the business over the past 10 years, I am now responsible as a Director for the Business Development and Growth strategies for the company.
I have been working in business development and design coordination for the construction industry for nearly 20 years. I have been involved in supplying contractors in London with themed visitor attractions and offsite modular construction all over the UK. In November 2022 I started on a new journey with Premcrete and am now using my experience to build strong relationships with main contractors and developers throughout the industry.
Before I started working for Premcrete in November 2022, I was a Technical Sales Executive for the supply and install of industrial partitions, working with logistic companies and main contractors. I see the construction industry as a fresh challenge for me and I look forward to continuing to build relationships with our customers.
I have 20 years of expertise in construction; nearly 10 of those in structural waterproofing, with a strong background in technical design, site support, CAD Design and working closely with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors.I am CSSW qualified and help our clients with personalised support to deliver specifications that work right first time.
Having joined Premcrete in Spring 2021, I have been glad to provide structural gas and waterproofing solutions to some of today's tough and demanding construction industry projects. I enjoy speaking to people, and helping customers in their work motivates me.
I started working for Premcrete in November 2017 designing the waterproofing systems for projects and also monitoring the installation of the waterproofing systems on site which has progressed onto managing technical queries and overseeing the project design department.
I am a trained Civil Engineer and Concrete Technologist and a member of the Institute of Concrete Technology. I have worked in concrete and specialist products for 40 years. I am now pleased to have been the Technical Cementitious Product Manager for Premcrete for the past two years.
I joined Premcrete in July 2022. After over a month of experience in Customer Service, I moved into a Technical Sales role, following up on key project developments in order to progress and deliver the Premcrete Service!
Prior to the Waterproofing world I was in Temporary Works for 10 years before I left to have a baby. I started working for Premcrete in 2019 in Customer Service and since becoming the Customer Service Manager.
I finished college when I was 18 and started working as a Design Technician, for Premcrete in August 2018, producing drawings for the waterproofing and civils teams. I also support the IT team, in keeping Premcrete operating smoothly.
Leaving school in 2022 with A levels in Law and Business and public speaking and having a years’ worth of business development experience under my belt, has enabled me to transition seamlessly into my role here as Business Development Assistant. I look forward to delivering the premium Premcrete experience and building rapport with our esteemed clients!
I joined Premcrete in 2016 having spent 2 years previous supplying M&E products to the Construction Industry. I spent my first couple of years in customer service and waterproofing project support before leading and building up the Civils Department. I have loved interacting with our valued customers providing technical support and site assistance for all their Structural Grouts, Concrete Repairs, Joint Sealants and Protective Coatings requirements.
With a practical background in groundworks, engineering and joinery, I joined Premcrete in January 2019 and I am currently working as a Project Manager on a variety of waterproofing projects.
A Spanish born who has lived in Mauritius, Botswana and the UK. I have a Business degree in Finance from Westminster University, I am ACCA finalist and I am passionate about finance and helping Premcrete to drive financial performance.
I left college when I was 18 and started working in customer service for Premcrete in May 2021. In July 2022, I moved into marketing to enhance my digital skills, and am now Premcrete's Customer Experience Manager, working closely with our excellent customers to provide
I finished school in Poland in 2012, from there I decided to come to England for work where Premcrete invited me in for an interview as a Warehouse Operative. I have now been here just over 10 years and have progressed to Procurement Manager. I enjoy working closely with each department and helping to drive Premcrete forward into a new era.

Having graduated from University in 2013, I've spent the last 11 years honing my skills in B2B marketing across various industries, such as wealth management, automotive, town centre management, and even aerial adventure attractions. Now, I'm excited to bring my expertise to Premcrete, where I'll play a key role in driving our marketing efforts forward amidst the evolving landscape of the construction industry in 2024.
I left school when I was 18 and I joined Premcrete in June 2021 and started working as Operations Admin. I help keep the orders flowing out our doors smoothly to ensure our customers receive the best ‘Premcrete experience’.
I left school at 16 and have worked in the accounts area of different companies ever since. I started with working at Premcrete back in March 2015 as Credit Controller, and have built up good relations with Accounts Payable personnel.
Having worked within construction for my entire career, I am well versed in the industry and understand the need for product innovations to improve projects for our valued clients. I am currently working on our new ground heave protection innovation - VOID-TEK.
